Achour Esho
Achour Esho has 19 years of experience in the Martial Arts. Starting in the sport of Muay Thai at the age of 11, Achour quickly excelled through the level system. In 1998 he started competing in kickboxing and became the IKF regional kickboxing champion. In 2001 he switched over to boxing and competed in the Golden Gloves and won the ABF IL state title. In 2005 Coach Osh became a professional boxer with a record of 10-0 and has won his boxing matches in impressive fashion. He also completes professionally in MMA with a record of 2-0. Coach Osh has taught throughout the Chicago land area and is one of the most sought after boxing and kickboxing trainers. He is diligent in his efforts to help his students gain self confidence through their performance at the gym. Coach Osh has recently dedicated a lot of his time to helping people reach their fitness goals and has a special knack in helping people lose weight.
