12 Overhead Shoulder Press
12 Bent Over Rows
12 Bicep Curls
12 Over Head Tricep Extensions
12 Push-Ups
12 Bicycle Sit-Ups per side

Try to complete as many sets as you can until your form begins to diminish. Then either try lighter weight or go slow.
