Try out this Technique of the Week!

Leg Press

For Endurance use less than 30% of Maximal Weight for more than 15 Repetitions (1-5+ Sets) be sure to stop when form begins to diminish.

For Speed use 50-60% of Maximal Weight for 3-8 Repetitions (3-12+ Sets) be sure to stop when form begins to diminish.

For Strength use more than 70% of Maximal Weight for less than 5 repetitions (3-12+ Sets) be sure to stop when form begins to diminish.
