Cardio Boxing

Looking for a high intensity work out?

FLO Cardio Boxing is included in our Fitness and Martial Arts Program. This classes provides the fundamentals of Boxing with an emphasis on stamina. 
This class will start with a general warm up and slowly work into combinations on the punching bag. Right when you begin to get comfortable with the combination the instructor will throw in their touch of some extra cardio (squats, burpees, push-ups, etc.), only to start back with a new combination. Close to the end of class the instructor will start to challenge your pace looking to get the most out of you.

*Fun Alternative Exercise this class is open to all skill levels above 13 years old.
