Cardio Kick-Boxing

FLO Cardio Kickboxing is included in our Fitness and Martial Arts Program. Using combinations used in our Cardio Boxing Class, this is a great high intensity full-body exercise using muscles most have become unfamiliar with. This class starts with a general warm up, that leads into the first set combination. Never knowing when the transition to body-weight exercises will occur leads you to push your own pace for the first half of class. Throughout the class minor adjustments to your technique will be critiqued for efficiency. This class will finish with a lower body exercise used to help you fight through those later "rounds".

*Fun Alternative Exercise this class is open to all skill levels 
above 13 years old.
