FLO CrossFit is part an ultimate Fitness Gym. We’ve got functional equipment; pull-up bars, rowers, climbing ropes, kettle bells, rings, jump ropes and free weights. Yet we also have cardio machines; treadmill, stair stepper, bike, elliptical, and a traditional weights area along with weight machines. We also have professional coaches who teach these movements everyday to lots of people. Our coaches are professionals who do this everyday.
