FLO Kicks & Abs is included in our Fitness and Martial Arts Program. This class is open to all skill levels. Similar to the structure of our Cardio Kickboxing Class, this class puts an emphasis on overall Core strength. It starts with the general warm up, then throws a nice variance of traditional Kickboxing combinations tagged upon with various core exercises. Towards the end of class you may notice your legs not going as high or as fast as they originally started. In this class atmosphere you will continue to push the pace as you see those around you going through similar circumstances.
